Privacy Policy
This site collects nothing except what you type into the quote form. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no analytics profiling. This page says exactly what happens to a form submission.
What we collect
Only the four fields in the quote form: your name, your phone number, the property location, and the service you selected. Nothing else is collected, and there is no hidden field gathering anything you did not type.
How that form is handled
The form posts to FormSubmit, a third party form relay, which emails the contents to ix.z@hotmail.com and then redirects you to our thank you page. FormSubmit sees the submission in transit as part of delivering it. We use their no captcha, table template configuration, which sets no advertising cookie.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with third party marketers.
- We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
- We do not run analytics that builds a profile of you across sites.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.
- We do not set any cookie of our own. The site is a static export with no login and no session.
Embedded content
Two pages embed a Google Maps iframe showing the service area. Google may set its own cookies through that embed under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. The iframe is lazy loaded, so it is not requested until you scroll near it. Fonts are self hosted and served from this site, so no font request goes to a third party.
Hosting and logs
The site is a static export hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records standard server request data such as IP address, timestamp and requested URL for operational and security purposes. We do not query those logs to identify individual visitors.
Your data, and deleting it
If you have sent the form and want your details removed, send another form submission saying so, or reply to the email you receive, and we will delete the record. California residents have rights over personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will honour a deletion or access request made through either route.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected or who sees it, this page will be updated. Since the site collects only a four field form and sets no cookies of its own, there is not much scope for it to change quietly.
